Alaina Binfet,

Howdy friends! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little about me. My name is Alaina Binfet and I’m the owner of wyOMing Yoga & Wellness. As a yoga instructor and massage therapist, I guess you could say I have a passion for bodies! I’m dedicated to understanding how our bodies move and function and how we can keep them free of tension, pain, and injury.
With my background in massage and a degree in Health Science, I tend to focus more on alignment, anatomy, and physiology in my yoga classes, and I enjoy blending self-massage, fascial release, and various mobility and functional strength exercises into my vinyasa classes. So if you practice with me, expect to learn A LOT about how your body moves! I also love to teach the gentle, healing, and meditative type classes such as Restorative Yoga. I strongly believe that practicing yoga for one’s body is just as important as practicing for one’s spirit, and that yoga can be used as a natural approach to healing on many levels.
My own yoga journey began after experiencing a debilitating back injury that brought my high energy, high-impact lifestyle to a screeching halt. It wasn’t until a physician recommended I try yoga to help strengthen my back and core that I came to realize just how incredible the practice of yoga was. Not only did I begin noticing significant relief in my back pain, I also I started to see a major shift in my attitude. My short fuse started to seem a little longer and I wasn’t feeling as anxious or easily triggered by insignificant events – aka – road rage!
This discovery led me to taking a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course that completely changed the way I approach life! I found myself feeling more grateful, empathetic, and compassionate in all of my relationships; including the most important one – my relationship with myself. Through this became inspired to open a yoga studio in Casper that emphasized these ideals rather than just focusing on the physical exercise. This was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made.
Through this studio I have met more amazing people than I can count; each who have contributed to my personal growth in some way. I continue to study yoga and am now a 500hr E-RYT and have co-created the Sadhana School of Yoga Teacher Training program with my teaching partner, Hannah Martinez. Together we strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for people to discover their own unique paths.
This studio is my baby. Having watched it grow from a little spark of an idea into the beautiful community space it is now – I can honestly say that it’s one of my proudest accomplishments. It has been an honor to be able to watch so many humans come here and evolve their practice. Being able to be a part of people’s personal, healing, or spiritual journeys is one of the greatest gifts my heart has ever received. I am truly honored to be able to do the work I do.
I share my life with my husband, two dogs, and dog-like cat. When I’m not at the studio you can usually find me playing outside or traveling to explore new places and experience all that this amazing life has to offer.

Beth Jozwik,

Hello friends! My name is Beth Jozwik, and the first thing to know about me, is that my best, yet most challenging and on-going accomplishment is raising my three kind, funny, and smart daughters. Being a stay at home mom for over a decade has not only been my favorite job, but also the most rewarding. My life pre-kids consisted of mostly working with animals; whether it was in shelters, doggie daycares, or vet clinics. Those schedules became hard to keep once we started having children, so the solution was to find a part-time job I was passionate about and to collect a bunch of my own animals!! Check and check!
Throughout my journey, I found fitness to help me navigate the challenges of parenthood, and life! It was through fitness that I found yoga. Both yoga and fitness have made my job of being a mother much smoother and even more rewarding than I thought possible. I appreciate the very healthy form of self care that yoga and fitness provide for me; the time to slow down and reflect is immeasurable. The challenge to push myself and get excited is priceless as well!
No matter where anyone is in life I hope to just be a positive part of their day. With my six years as a Certified Personal Trainer through The American Council on Exercise, I feel that I can provide a safe practice or workout. With my certifications through Barre Intensity and Zumba, I feel that I can provide some strength and fun in your practice or workout. Last but definitely not least, with my certification in Yoga Teacher Training 200 hr through Sadhana School of Yoga I feel that I can tie everything together with mindfulness! I look forward to practicing with you!

I came to yoga looking for a supplement to my running and fell in love. As a life-long lover of dance, yoga provides me with the discipline, strength, control, rhythm, and flow that I was missing from dance. It was also a way to keep my aging body limber and balanced.
I grew up on a ranch in Boulder, Wyoming. I am the youngest of two children. My late brother was seven years older than me, so I was technically the second only child in the family. I was an active kid. In the summers I had the run of the area around the ranch house, running, biking, using my imagination to entertain myself. In colder times of year, I spend hours in my room dancing to the latest records and literally wearing the finish off the hard-wood floor. I was very involved in music. I was in the school bank from 5 th grade on, took piano lessons, sang in the choir and, when a teacher was available, took ballet, jazz, and tap. I graduated from high school in 1973 and attended the University of Wyoming. I graduated with a BS in History in 1978. I took as many dance classes as I could get into during my time at UW. Fast forward 16 years and my husband and I have moved to Casper. My introduction to yoga was a hatha class at our health club. I enjoyed the slow, controlled movements, but the class didn’t last. It was not until the late 1990’s that a yoga studio opened in Casper, and I jumped at the chance to start taking classes. After that studio was sold and moved, I took a break until Wyoming Yoga and Massage opened. During this time, I went back to school and earned a second bachelor’s degree in Secondary Social Studied Education. I taught Middle School Social Studies for 17 years until I retired in 2022. I threw myself into classes at Wyoming Yoga and Massage whole-heartedly and jumped at the chance to become a yoga teacher.
I graduated from Sadhana School of Yoga in 2020, in the midst of a world-wide pandemic, and now, after “graduating” from middle school, I’m ready to teach adults. My desire is to bring yoga to people of all ages, but particularly to people close to my age who are interested in keeping their bodies strong, flexible, and balanced. There may be a bit of dancing on occasion!

My name is Grace and I am honored to share a yoga practice with you. I am an RYT-200, clinical therapist, and eager student of life. I believe that there is so much power in knowing our minds and bodies, understanding them as keepers of their own separate knowledge, and cultivating connection between the two– both on and off the mat.
I believe that only when we can befriend our bodies and embrace all the challenging physical and emotional sensations humans are capable of experiencing can we truly find whole wellbeing. I firmly believe yoga, pranayama, and meditation are powerful tools to help create, strengthen, and maintain the important connection between our mind and bodies and I am passionate about sharing these tools with you, exactly as you are and where you are in your life journey.

Welcome Yogis and all those interested in yoga, my name is Hannah. I am an ERYT- 500 hr, Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, a head trainer alongside my partner Alaina Binfet in our Registered Yoga School, Sadhana School of Yoga, a Certified Breathwork Therapist and Thai massage Practitioner. I received my 200 hr Yoga Alliance certification through “Roots Academy” with a strong basis of Ashtanga, my 500 hr YA certification through Porters Neck Yoga Academy, my 100hr breathwork Therapy certification through Pranayayma Sadhana, and many more hours of continuing education from teacher and workshops around the world. Learning about Yoga, Breath, Body work, energy work, and all the ways to live a happy, healthy and connected life have become a passion of mine that will never end. I enjoy teaching as well as practicing many styles of yoga including; Ashtanga,Yin, Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa Yoga, and Infusing massage and self-massage wherever I can. I also teach breathwork of many styles for mediation, energy, stress relief, equanimity, sports performance, spirituality and more. You can find me teaching classes at Wyoming Yoga and Massage, LIfetime Health and Fitness, Youtube, and Zoom, as well as book private lessons, small groups, and private events.
A little bit about me – I grew up in California and was raised working in construction with my father and singing with my very musical family, so Chanting and Mantra are a meaningful part of my practice . I am also a retired massage therapist and believe very strongly that in many situations the body has an amazing ability to self-heal and combining it with yoga and breathwork is very beneficial . I am blessed with a supportive husband and a beautiful son.
I was first introduced to yoga as a young girl by my gorgeous mother. She would practice in the living room and for fun, my sisters and I would join in. It wasn’t until I became a mother myself, that I truly fell in love with my practice. I was looking for a good way to get back into shape and found so much more. I found that all of my physical asanas (poses) were a metaphoric representation of my life. I learned that growth takes dedication and perseverance. If I wasn’t leaving my physical comfort zone, then I was not going to move forward physically and the same went for my life. If I did not try and fall and try again when I was not gaining. I learned that the first time you try anything, it can be scary but you must try it anyway to achieve your goals. Yoga has been a gateway to my own self-awareness, self-love, and self-care. Which I believe gives me the ability to be a better wife to my amazing husband, a better mother to my beautiful son, a better start to the ripple that I contribute into the world and a more intune and satisfied human being.
Yoga is a connection to life’s rhythm. The marriage of breath, beating heart, and flow of movement, combined with a constant connection of energy and life force from earth and air through every cell of our being. When we are at one with this rhythm, everything becomes a fluid motion and we are on purpose with life and living. This is what I strive to share with my class. My goal is to Encourage physical, spiritual, and mental growth by guiding you to your edge in every practice. Creating a stable environment which allows you to get out of your comfort zone and try to build strength in all areas of the self.
I am a mother to my son, a lover to my husband, a guide to my students and a student of the universe; bursting with love for life and a thirst for knowledge every day.

Yoga, to me, is a holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Through practicing yoga I’ve been able to develop a healthy relationship with not only myself, but with those around me. I’m relatively newer to yoga, and in such a short amount of time, it has helped me heal in many different ways.
Not only am I the Studio Attendant at wyOMing Yoga, but I am also in the Yoga Teacher Training program and would love to some day guide others through their own journey.

Mallory has been practicing yoga since January of 2010. She received her 200 hour certification from Core Power Yoga in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2011 and went on to open Hot Power Yoga in Laramie, Wyoming that same year. Soon after, she completed a teaching program with Warriors at Ease, a yoga training specific to instructing members of the military. The program deepened Mallory’s understanding of the mind-body connection as she learned how to teach to people who have experienced PTSD and trauma and ultimately, this understanding has deeply shaped her teaching style. She received Relax and Renew Level 1 certification from Judith Hanson Lasater in 2021 to continue learning a style of yoga that comforts the nervous system. As much as she promotes a regular practice, her dogs and spouse continue to not practice with her. She hopes you will join her in class!

Michelle Manzanilla,
RYT200
My name is Michelle Manzanilla and I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher, having completed my 200hr teacher training at Sadhana School of Yoga in Casper, WY. I have been a student of yoga for over 10 years and have been teaching for over a year now. Previously, I was a school teacher for over 15 years; having taught toddlers and preschool, as well as ESL and SSL from 2 year old children up to adults. My husband and I opened our home to foster kiddos about 4 years ago, and in that journey we fell in love and gained legal guardianship of the most amazing piece to our “perfect triangle” (kiddo calls our family of 3 this). Becoming a boy mom has been a roller coaster of experiences to say the least, but it is what I am most proud of. My hair is bold and out there, but I am shy and soft spoken at first; however, I will quickly be laughing and encouraging all to laugh along as we push through new and challenging poses. I am from the busy streets of Chicago yet somehow made my way to the slow life of Wyoming which I have grown to love. You will see that in the eclectic style in music choices as well as fun and upbeat vinyasas to the loving slow-downs in savasana.
I struggled finding the confidence to walk into my first yoga class with fear that I did not belong. It can be intimidating to come to your first class, and we often think there is the pressure to look like what we see in magazines and on social media. It’s my goal to encourage and welcome all to attend and feel confident! Take a chance – breathe and walk into a class and let your breath alone guide you to what can be. Yoga truly is for everyBODY.

Hello friends! My name is Samantha Martinez. I am a 200hr certified Yoga Teacher from Sadhana School of Yoga. I have had a lifetime’s worth of experience in questioning our reality and consciousness. These huge questions have followed me through all aspects of my life, through becoming a mother of four unique and spirited children, to navigating the in’s and out’s of maintaining a life long relationship with my best friend and father to my children. I bring these questions with me while owning and operating a small business with my husband and while teaching every single one of my yoga classes. I try to bring my intuition with me everywhere I go and I hope to hold space for others to do the same. My goal in this life is to fully accept myself, my whole self, right where I am. My goal in yoga is to truly yoke mind, body, and spirit. Life is yoga, yoga is a science, and science is always questioning. SAT NAM
