Awake Living – 8 month Habits Course

Indulge in the slower season by learning, educating and putting habits into practice.

Each habit course will focus on the daily rhythm, creating a wellness oriented lifestyle and healing your patterns. It is NEVER too late to start your path toward wellness. Age in reverse! Explore the options below and see what suits. you best! 

September 2023-April 2024 (8 Months)

This in person option will be hosted at the yoga studio. Meetings will be held every 2nd and 4th Thursdays (subject to change for holidays).  The transformative program is a commitment and the in-person option will help your evolution by being immersed in a culture that is supporting you!

The basic program includes:

– 3 “Rounds” of Habits, working our way through the 10 daily habits, twice. 

– Twice a month coaching sessions.

-1 Copy of the Body Thrive Book by Cate Stillman

-Body Thrive Workbook (worksheets to fill out) and resources (recipes, tip sheets etc.)

-Online Classroom Access (hub with videos and resources focused on each habit)

-Facebook Forum for the group if desired

-Fall Reset (cleanse program) in October, Spring Reset (cleanse program) to end our course. 

-Holiday Survival Ritual Workshop in December (Plus a FREE pass for a friend)
