My name is Grace and I am honored to share a yoga practice with you. I am an RYT-200, clinical therapist, and eager student of life. I believe that there is so much power in knowing our minds and bodies, understanding them as keepers of their own separate knowledge, and cultivating connection between the two– both on and off the mat.
I believe that only when we can befriend our bodies and embrace all the challenging physical and emotional sensations humans are capable of experiencing can we truly find whole wellbeing. I firmly believe yoga, pranayama, and meditation are powerful tools to help create, strengthen, and maintain the important connection between our mind and bodies and I am passionate about sharing these tools with you, exactly as you are and where you are in your life journey.
