Elaine is a Wyoming native offering Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and full-spectrum Doula services. She studied BCST in Santa Fe, NM, from 2015 to 2018 and has expanded her practice to include the dynamics of birth and pregnancy, supporting families during their childbearing years. BCST is a gentle form of bodywork that benefits those dealing with nervous system challenges, headaches, or recovering from injuries, surgeries, and trauma. This gentle form of bodywork complements other treatments, such as therapy, acupuncture, physical therapy, and more.
