Aubrey is a newly licensed massage therapist and certified kundalini yoga instructor. Graduate of Crestone Healing Arts Center in Colorado, her approach to massage is to meet people where they are at in their healing and health journey. Trained and grounded in Swedish, reflexology, acupressure, hot stone, shiatsu, and reiki her massages are intuitive and holistic. Rooted mainly in eastern tradition Aubrey incorporates knowledge of the five elements, energetic anatomy, and her yoga background to open up opportunities for deep healing in a bodywork session.
