Guatemala Yoga & Adventure Retreat

Set high in the mountains just outside the historic town of Antigua Guatemala, this retreat invites you into a powerful blend of adventure, nature, and deep inner transformation. Nestled on a lush avocado farm at EarthLodge, you’ll be surrounded by sweeping views of volcanoes, fresh mountain air, and the grounding energy of the land itself.
This is not your typical retreat. This is a call to ignite your inner fire and awaken to your fullest self.
Each day will be anchored by 2 yoga classes + additional workshops, held in an open-air studio overlooking a majestic volcano – an ever-present reminder of the power that lives within you. Our practices will range from grounding and restorative to strong, heat-building flows designed to move energy, clear stagnation, and spark transformation from the inside out.
Between practices, you’ll be nourished with fresh, vibrant meals sourced directly from the land: simple, delicious food that supports both vitality and connection.
Beyond the mat, adventure awaits. Hike volcanoes, explore the rich culture of Antigua, or choose from additional experiences like sauna sessions, cold plunges, and guided excursions (available at an additional cost).
We’ll gather in a Fire Ceremony led by a local indigenous female Shaman, creating space to release what no longer serves and step forward with clarity, courage, and intention.

What’s included:
- 6 nights lodging w/ panoramic jungle mountain views
- 3 organic meals daily
- 2 daily all-levels yoga classes
- classes range from gentle to strengthening
- includes one aerial yoga class

- ceu’s offered for yoga teachers
- Fire Ceremony performed by indigenous female Shaman
- Mayan sauna (unlimited) + ice bath (1 per person)
- Full access to property spaces including restaurant, patios, meditation garden & trails
- Transportation to and from EarthLodge & airport (group transport only)

- Flights and travel costs
- Excursions & activites such as volcano hikes, ATV tours, horseback rides, etc.
- Additional food & beverages at lodge restaurant outside of our 3 daily meals
- Spa services including massages and additional ice baths
Price:
Starting at $1950 per person for shared standard accomodations & $2075 for shared premium accomodations.
