This training started out as a journey to teach yoga to my high school kids, but it turned into so much more. It was a path of self-discovery that changed my life. I am thankful for it every day, but especially during this pandemic and time of such uncertainty.

Alaina and Hannah are both so passionate, knowledgeable, and inspiring. I was so happy to go on my journey with both of them by my side. Their training gave me a taste of all aspects of yoga, allowing me to dig deeper into the concepts most of interest to me while making sure I had foundational knowledge across the yoga spectrum.
