Miranda Bressler

Miranda Bressler is a 4th generation farmer, yogi and a fire performer. She has ten years of dance experience that inspired her to take up circus fire prop manipulation. When starting fire dancing six years ago, she also took up yoga asana to regain more flexibility and strength training. As the practice of yoga grew, she noticed how it helped with her mental health as well as the body and decided to continue to learn more about the practice.

In April of 2019 she took an immersive 200hr teacher training through Mind into Matter LEVITYoga. She has taught yoga both in group classes and one on one classes since.

Miranda continued her yoga education through books, podcasts, workshops and certifications. Her interests include biomechanics, anatomy, breath work and meditation. She has taken over ten Peter Sterios workshops focusing on breath with gravity in asana. She has a certification in Yoga Shred by Sadie Nardini. She has recently started training with Circus PT Dr Jen Crane and has incorporated these performance optimization practices in her teachings.

Her yoga style is a dynamic flow class that has students safely warming up all the joints, flowing with breathe, building power with strength, and using a variety of props to find the balance of strength and ease within the body and mind.

Miranda is experienced in teaching prop flow/dance in Wyoming as well as cross the country when she is not performing. These classes include tricks with props as well as finding your own unique flow/dance with a prop.
