Alaina Binfet has a passion for bodies! As a yoga instructor and massage therapist, she’s dedicated to understanding how our bodies move and function, and how we can keep them free of tension and injury.
Alaina graduated from Montana School of Massage in Missoula in 2004 with her 650hr certification, and received her degree in Health Science at Casper College in 2013.
She is a Certified Massage Therapist, yoga instructor, and wellness professional with more than 23 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork. After decades of working with the whole body, her practice is evolving toward specialized work for the face, jaw, head, and neck.
As someone who has personally experienced TMJ dysfunction, Alaina developed a particular passion for TMJ Therapy and the profound effect focused therapeutic work can have on jaw tension, headaches, facial discomfort, and overall well-being.
Her TMJ Therapy sessions use targeted techniques to address the muscles and soft tissues of the jaw, face, head, and neck. Her signature Full Face Reset takes a gentler, deeply restorative approach, combining facial massage, lymphatic drainage, scalp and neck work, and relaxation techniques to ease tension, encourage healthy fluid movement, and leave the entire face feeling refreshed and restored.
Drawing from her extensive background in massage therapy, yoga, anatomy, movement, and stress reduction, Alaina takes a whole-person approach to facial wellness – recognizing that tension in the jaw and face rarely exists in isolation.
Whether seeking focused support for TMJ-related tension or simply a chance to soften, release, and reset, Alaina’s goal is to help clients feel better in their face, jaw, body, and nervous system.
